Amazon CloudWatch Logs now offers customer to use Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6) addresses for their new and existing domains. Customers moving to IPV6 can simplify their network stack by running their CloudWatch log groups on a dual-stack network that supports both IPv4 and IPv6.ENnbsp;
IPv6 addresses global increase in the demand for internet connected devices, without the need for NAT and is largely scalable. Customers can standardize their applications on the new version of Internet Protocol by moving their log groups to IPv6 using the CloudWatch Logs console or APIs.
Support for IPv6 on CloudWatch Logs service is available in all AWS Commercial regions. With a few clicks in the AWS Command Line Interface (AWS CLI) or AWS SDKs you can start using CloudWatch LogsIPv6 to send logs to CloudWatch.ENnbsp;
