Starting today, you can now integrate AWS Health events to receive operational and account information, prepare for scheduled changes, and manage events directly within Atlassian’s Jira Service Management (JSM) Cloud. AWS Health is the authoritative source of information about service events and planned changes affecting your AWS cloud resources.ENnbsp;
This launch also integrates AWS Systems Manager OpsCenter withENnbsp;JSM Cloud. With this integration, customers can use JSM Cloud as a single place to track operational issues (OpsItems) from OpsCenter. Customers can now manage, investigate, and resolve operational issues directly from JSM Cloud. Additionally, they can use AWS Systems Manager Automation runbooks from JSM Cloud to remediate operational issues. This integration automatically synchronizes actions taken in JSM Cloud with OpsCenter, and vice versa.
The AWS Service Management Connector also provides existing integrations with AWS Support, AWS Systems Manager Automation, AWS Service Catalog, AWS Security Hub and AWS Systems Manager Incident Manager.
The AWS Service Management Connector for Jira Service Management is available as an app (plug-in) to install at no-cost from the Atlassian Marketplace. Customers may incur cost for the AWS services used as well as the licensing for the IT service management (ITSM) tools. These new features are available in AWS Regions where AWS Support, AWS Service Catalog, AWS Security Hub, AWS Systems Manager services and AWS Health are available.
